Based on the results of your sleep scan, it may be advisable for you to participate in the online masterclass. This masterclass takes place via Teams and lasts approximately 1 hour. We treat participants with the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT method). The results are impressive: 87% of the participants sleep better after one of our interventions.
